The SER locations in Germany and the rest of the world offer their local customers personal advice and support, as well as implementation and maintenance of their SER solutions. With the expansion of its European companies, SER is set to strengthen its presence in Europe still further.
Everything under one roof – software and hardware made by SER
SER offers software, hardware and services from a single source. Its innovative product portfolio covers the whole spectrum of ECM – from automated inbound mail processing, electronic archiving and document management to Business Process Management, knowledge and records management, and email management. Its core product is the universal DOXiS iECM standard software. This is used as a basis for specialist industry solutions from SER: PRODEA for public administration, LENUS for the health care sector and iQURE for the insurance industry.
Platform independence, compliance with standards and flexibility in the choice of storage technology ensure that SER installations are future-proof and provide investment security. As well as software development, SER has its own storage production site in Neustadt/Wied for optical, magnetic and hard-disk-based storage systems. With a large number of certifications – including for IBM, EMC and NetApp – SER can offer a free choice of storage components for use with SER software.
