Compliant, productive and effective
Emails are now regarded as written statements. Consequently, they are legally binding and relevant to business. They are therefore increasingly subject to national and international laws and regulations concerning the duty of evidence and documentation, e.g. regulations on data access and the auditability of digital documents. Ensuring complete evidence of all processes and interactions now requires a high protocol standard, access protection and a high level of reliability. The DOXiS eMail Center facilitates secure archiving in accordance with compliance requirements even before the email has reached the recipient. The journaling function ensures that each email is stored in an audit-proof way before the recipient can alter or delete anything. Random checks as required by the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) can be carried out easily using the control interface and they are logged directly. With a defined retrieval rights hierarchy you can ensure that emails that are either vital for the company or of a sensitive nature can be seen only by authorised people. Access is recorded in accordance with SOX.
