DOXiS evITA Designer
DOXiS evITA comes with its own administration module: DOXiS evITA Designer. You can configure all aspects of the system with the help of this module. Most configuration tasks can be carried out directly via the user interface.
Amongst other things DOXiS evITA Designer allows you to design and create the following elements:
- Application / company structure: users, roles, units and groups
- Multi-client capability
- Index fields for archiving and searching for documents, records and workflows
- Screens for archiving and searching for documents, records and workflows
- Layouts for presentation of document lists and task lists
- Work inboxes and process definitions
- Record models and record plans
- Access rights
