Storck: DOXiS InboundMaster as a central integration tool

The confectionary manufacturer Storck has automated its entire incoming invoice process with the DOXiS InboundMaster for incoming document processing. Every document worldwide is processed at the company’s headquarters in Halle/Westphalia and placed into audit-proof storage in the SER archive. The close integration of the SER solution with the SAP R/3 system results in a high degree of automation, assists with liquidity planning and saves working time. Automated invoice processing allows the accounts department to handle an increasing workload, including the accounts of the operative Storck companies abroad, with the same number of staff. The versatility of the DOXiS InboundMaster makes it a central integration tool for all accounting documents. Storck uses the intelligent SER solution not just for incoming invoices but also for the automatic processing of other document types, such as travel expense receipts, export and carrier statements, confirmed credit memos, invoice lists and payment advice notes.
