DOXiS4 provides comprehensive functions for document management and collaboration. It is centred around the DMS Service, which manages ‘living’ (= modifiable) documents and records in particular and provides version management and check-in/-out mechanisms.

DOXiS4 DMS Service and Archive Service cover the entire document lifecycle - from creation and editing to finalising. This means that the whole process of document production can be traced in its entirety through all phases at all times. The solution also manages renditions, annotations and digital signatures.
